Remove DNS (MI Has Its Own) - If Microsoft Email Doesn't Work on Mac Laptop / Won't Load / Won't Redirect

If a student's email won't work only while on a Mac Laptop while on campus i.e. it email won't load, redirect to the MI single sign on the following should resolve the issue. 

1.) Click on the APPLE FINDER MENU (The Apple Icon in the Upper Left Hand Corner)
2.) From the Drop Down Box Choose SYSTEM PREFERENCES
3.) Choose NETWORK (Make sure lock icon in bottom left corner is unlocked, so that you may make changes)
4.) From the bottom right choose ADVANCED
5.) Click DNS
6.) Click the minus to REMOVE DNS (MI has their own DNS most likely beginning with 172)
7.) Click OK
7.) The student's issue should then be resolved
