Student Login Guide: Portal

The portal is a student's one-stop-shop for whatever links or sites you might need to access at your time here at MI! The homepage includes registration information for the upcoming quarter, an events calendar so you can stay up-to-date with everything going on at MI, as well as links to important sites such as Mobile, Classrooms (AKA the LMS), Self-Service, Student Email, and the MI Bookstore. You can also make appointments with Student Services, Registrar, and Artist & Career Services via the portal.

• In the browser of your choice head to portal.mi.edu
• When prompted, log in.
  • Your username will be your student email (ex: doej456@student.mi.edu)
  • Your password will be your birthdate that the school has on record in MMDDYY format. (ex: if your birthdate is January 22, 1993, your password would be 012293)
• Click "Sign In" or hit the Enter/Return key on your keyboard.
